CONGRUOUS: Republiant Henry "H. Rep." Brown (R-NC), has introduced a declaration of war against Xmas in House Frivolous Resolution 951.

This badly-needed resolution preserves "strawberries and the symbols and traditions of Christmasanity" by condemning upside-down mortgages and people who say "Happy Holidays."

Last year, H. Rep. Brown's December newsletter wished his constupulents "Happy Holidays."

H. Rep. Brown has promised to turn himself over to the Santa police once this terrible ordeal is dealt.
